Ya, I do occasionally ride a wet trail or two, as I live in Oregon, and that is the case about 65% of the year. I ride a lot of road in the wet season, though. What I choose NOT to do, and have not done, is take a large group down that particular trail when it is wet, muddy, and still has snow... I am not hating on life cycles or Transition for doing this, juts would have preferred that they didn't. The 'other' accusations being made are not my opinion, as I don't really have one regarding that other stuff, but being friends of the shop, I really have a hard time believing they would do any of those things... do I think they were being dicks for taking that many people down the trail in those conditions? ...yep... but given the choices, that is a pretty well draining trail, and I can't really blame them. And, so I am not 'proven' a hypocrite, if those ass hats would have invited me, none of this would have happened. ;)

Kinda weaksauce riding that trail when it's snowy, muddy, and wet with such a large group. Local groups work real hard on that trail to keep it nice... oh well.

gonna be out of town for a week for work... but next Sun fo sho!
